At a positively palatial 648m², the Grand Chelsea Ballroom has a reputation as one of Brisbane’s premier venues for large-scale conferences, gala dinners and major events. Cleverly combining the Chelsea, Topaz, Piper and Sundown rooms, the Grand Chelsea Ballroom can accommodate up to 500 guests for a sit-down banquet, 600 delegates in a theatre-style setup, and 324 guests in a classroom configuration.

Tamborine and Littabella, measuring 39m² and 36m² respectively, can accommodate 12-18 guests in a boardroom configuration or up to 40 guests in a theatre-style setup, making these Brisbane conference rooms ideal for board meetings, training sessions and small-scale events. Conveniently located on the ground floor adjacent to a spacious pre-function area, delegates are also just steps away from the flavours of our all-day dining destination, Kraft & Co.

Our second-largest function space, Daintree can accommodate a whopping 350 people in a theatre style, making it ideal for corporate conferences. Daintree is located on the mezzanine with access to a modern pre-function area that shuns the flat design schemes of decades past in favour of a style that’s easy on the eye.

Located on Level Two, Claremont and Maleny offer 80m² and 92m² respectively, catering to a range of meeting and event styles. Each room can accommodate up to 33 guests in a U-shape configuration, 30 in a boardroom setup, 48 in a cabaret layout, and up to 80 guests in a theatre-style arrangement. An adjoining pre-function space, featuring contemporary artwork and a sophisticated palette of grey, white and yellow, provides an inspiring setting for delegates to connect, refresh and unwind before or after an event.

As the largest meeting room on Level Two, The Palms offers 111m² of flexible event space and can accommodate up to 100 guests in a theatre-style configuration. Featuring adjustable walls that open into the adjoining Claremont and Maleny rooms, The Palms can transform into the combined Grand Palms space, increasing capacity to 283m² and providing exceptional flexibility for conferences, meetings, training sessions and special events.

Located on Level One, the Ansett Room offers 119m² of versatile event space enhanced by an abundance of natural light. Named in honour of the hotel’s original identity when the property was established in the 1950s, the Ansett Room pays tribute to a defining era of Brisbane’s growth and development. Blending heritage-inspired character with modern functionality, it provides an inviting setting for meetings, workshops, presentations and private events.

Riverview Room is a 25-metre-long event space filled with natural light and overlooking the Brisbane River. Ideal for corporate events and private functions, it accommodates up to 140 guests cocktail-style or 80 guests banquet-style.
